If you live in Delaware County and have a child with special needs, then you are invited to attend a free weekend sponsored by Delaware County Public Health on March 7 and 8.

The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs program will be sponsoring this event at The Catskill Recreation Center (CRC) in Arkville for Delaware County Residents. The hours both dates are 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. During this event, families can come and enjoy the CRC and all it has to offer free of charge.  The recreational facility offers swimming, fitness equipment, fitness classes for families, youth programs, personal training, and American Red Cross instruction.

The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program provides assistance to families of children with special health care needs birth through age 21 who need help in accessing various health care professionals and other community resources.
