Ladies, here's something you should know: one in four women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime.  It's time to be proactive and learn to protect yourself with a Women's Self Defense Workshop offered this Saturday, October 4th from 1pm to 4pm at Oneonta Taekwon Do, 203 Main Street, Oneonta.  You can participate for free, however, donations are being encouraged to help raise funds for Opportunities For Otsego's Violence Intervention Program.
