Headaches rarely ever hit at a good time. Not that there really is a good time to get clobbered over the head, but laying in bed at night is a lot better than in a job interview or during the all-important SATs.
Whether you get hit with a headache due to stress, your diet, your posture, or even your menstrual cycle, you don't have to resign yourself to suffering in silence or allowing it to take over your life.
As a regular and lifetime headache sufferer, I can tell you that mine generally creep in when I've allowed too much stress into my life and not enough calm. I can also tell you that although I have friends who swear that daith or rook piercings have helped them tremendously. I wear full ear covering headphones for roughly 10 hours a day for my job so the piercings aren't viable for me, but I can tell you that there are a couple of other things that you can attempt.
