Delhi Police deployed the opioid-overdose drug Narcan to save a woman’s life. According to a news release officers responded to a County Highway 18 address last Saturday and found a 38-year-old woman who was not breathing and did not have a pulse. After the Narcan was administered the woman resumed breathing but was still unresponsive. Medics transported the woman to O’Connor Hospital where she was revived. All Delhi Police Officers have access to Narcan while on patrol.
