This morning as I was shivering in my car on my very short commute in to work, I came across a group of deer on Dietz Street in Oneonta, scrounging for a meager meal in people's yards.  What they could possibly find that wasn't frozen solid was beyond me and I immediately felt a sense of humility amidst my grumbling of being so cold.

How could I possible whine about being chilly for no more than five minutes on my way in to the radio station, while these poor creatures were not only trying to stay warm, but desperately in search of something to eat just to stay alive!

Humble?  You bet.  Thanks for the message, deer!
