Dangerous Wind Chills Close Oneonta Schools!

With dangerous wind chills on their way, seeing factors registering historic lows, Oneonta Schools District has closed for Tuesday, January 7.  In all my years of broadcasting I have never seen schools close in advance of cold weather.
