This year’s Otsego County Conservation Association ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ Garage Sale is moving to a new location – to cyberspace. Officials say the sale will no longer take place at the Farmers’ Market Building in Cooperstown, but instead will be held on-line to save on transportation costs and cut the event’s carbon footprint. The on-line garage sale will only accept household items such as furniture, kitchen electronics, appliances, sporting goods, art, and any larger items. Clothing will not be accepted but can be brought to a clothing swap at Earth Festival in Milford on April 21.
