All Ballots Accounted For in Tight NY District 22 Congress Race

All 8 county boards of election that make up the 22nd Congressional District report they have not found any more uncounted ballots. That was one of the two orders by Oswego County Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte who is overseeing the results that currently has Claudia Tenney with a 12-vote lead over Anthony Brindisi. DelConte also ordered the boards to retrieve all ballots that were securely held in court to continue canvassing. Chenango County officials haven’t released a date for canvassing to resume.
