A Great Family Vacation to Rochester, NY That’s Affordable

My husband and I are fresh off a great family vacation in Rochester, NY with the kids that's very affordable and close to home. 

The main attraction was the Strong: The National Museum of Play.  From the Butterfly Conservatory to Adventureland and the Giant Lego room, there was nothing wanting in the world of play and toys.  They had it all.

We spent the entire day with the kids there since there was so much to see and do.  I highly recommend taking kids up to about 12 there.  The best part is that adults will have just as much fun as the kids.

Close by to the National Museum of Play is the Seneca Park Zoo in Rochester which is home to about 300 animals, including African elephants.

The variety of animals was fantastic and we got to see most of the animal up close.  The kids loved it!
