Sexy ‘Glam’ Housecleaning Gloves, Seriously?

I was out shopping the other day when I did a double take on a product I'd never seen before: Glam Gloves.  The first thought I had was "Seriously?!"  First of all, the makers are trying to make cleaning fashionable and sexy.  I'm sorry but when I'm holding a toilet brush, I feel less than fashionable and certainly not sexy!  In fact, I am typically wearing the scroungiest clothes I can muster up.  After all, it's dirty job, I'm not about to dress for the runway!  That's why these gloves seemed so silly to me.

There is ONE thing will say about these gloves that is positive.  They are longer than the average glove and depending on the job, there are certain times where I would appreciate the extra coverage but for pete's sake, don't try to sell me sexy gloves for cleaning!  I will just laugh and walk away as I did from these the other day.
