Otsego County Man Indicted On Child Sex Charges

An Otsego County man indicted on multiple criminal sexual acts is now in jail. According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office, Kevin Hallenbake of Pittsfield faces 10 counts of criminal sexual act for having sex an underage girl. Hallenbake was arrested Nov. 14 and arraigned in Otsego County Court then remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond bail with his next court appearance scheduled for December 8th.
