Open a Car Door With a Potato? [Video]

Potatoes are NOT just for eating anymore.  You would be shocked to know what you can do with a potato!  Find out by watching this video.  It's unbelievable and funny!   It's my pick for video of the day. Then check out all my creative uses for a potato.

If opening a car door with a potato isn't interesting enough, here are some other things that I figure you can use a potato for:

- Carve it into a weird shape, put it on a pedestal and call it "art".
- throw it at hungry animals munching on your prized garden vegetables
- use it as a stress reliever by squeezing it (you might want to wash it first)
- set up some empty milk jugs and use it for bowling
- carve a shape into it, dip in paint and use for stamping decorative designs
- who needs a baseball when you have a potato?
- remember the ol' "Hot Potato Game"?  Add some sour cream to make it more interesting.
- if someone's chasing you, throw some potatoes down on the ground to trip them up.  (Warning: doesn't work remotely as good as marbles.)
- keep the kids busy for hours playing "find the hidden potato"...in the woods
- and the classic favorite use for a potato: cook it and eat it.
