We felt it. We enjoyed it. We just knew it must have been a record. It was 70-degrees at noon on Wednesday. Could we beat the old record? WE DID!! According to area weather guru Dave Mattice, the temperature in downtown Oneonta hit 75 degrees Wednesday, setting a record for the day.
