Oneonta Places Seven on All-State Baseball Teams; Joe Hughes is Coach of the Year

The good news continues for the Oneonta Yellow Jackets, which won the state Class B baseball championship last month.

The 2012 New York State Sportswriters Association Class B coach of the year is Joe Hughes and Class B player of the year is Ben Moxley.

Moxley was also named to the all-state first team along with Sean Getman.

Making the second team was Chris Pindar, David Wright and Zach Pidgeon. Conor Youngs was placed on the third team, and Mark Giallanzo made the seventh team.
