A staple in the Oneonta Community officially closed its doors yesterday after 28 years on Oneonta's Southside: The Neptune DinerAccording to reports, Owner and Operator Paul Karabinis decided it was time to move on.  He and his son will still continue on with their coffee company, B&K Coffee.

According to unconfirmed reports, national chain restaurant, Moe's Southwest Grill, which features a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order southwest fare will be opening in the former Neptune location.
