‘Modern Family’ wins 2012 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series [Audio,Video]

My favorite comedy on TV, ‘Modern Family’ (ABC) won an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series last night on the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards.  It beat out ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm‘ (HBO), ‘Girls‘ (HBO), ‘30 Rock‘ (NBC), ‘Veep‘ (HBO), and ‘Big Bang Theory‘ (CBS).

Ted Muehl and I had a conversation about ‘Modern Family’ this morning since we both love it and discussed why we think it’s so successful.  This is the third year in a row that it has won for “Outstanding Comedy Series”.
