I couldn't believe someone would actually come up with this idea and think it was a good idea to execute it.  Filmmaker Michael Turley, from Phoenix, Arizona thought it was a good idea to dress his 16-year-old nephew up as a Middle Eastern terrorist and send him into a busy street with a fake grenade launcher.  His goal was to test the police to see how fast they would respond to a terrorist.

Turley then filmed his nephew, who was pointing a fake weapon at passing cars.   It only took over three minutes for Turley to witness police with an accompanying SWAT team arrive on the scene including a helicopter.  Needless to say Michael Turley was arrested this week, nearly two months after his video was posted to YouTube. He was charged with creating a false impression of a terrorist act, endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misconduct involving simulated explosives.
