Jim Seward Joins Board of Otsego County Foundation
The Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Otsego County has a new member in former NY Senator Jim Seward of Milford. Seward, who represented our 51st New York Senate District for decades, has called his appointment a natural extension of his previous service to the people of Otsego County and the region.
