Cooperstown, home to The Glimmerglass Festival, a summer opera and musical theater festival is gearing up for the 2021 season and is excited to announce a new outdoor stage dubbed the "Andrew J. Martin-Weber Lawn Stage" for performances. Last year's season was canceled due to COVID-19 so an outdoor stage is a great answer to bringing entertainment back to the area in a safer way.

Francesca Zambello, Festival Artistic & General Director says, “While this move outdoors is primarily for the health and safety of our company members, audience members and community, it is in harmony with what people love about Glimmerglass — innovative art and performances in a beautiful location."
