The Oneonta YMCA is hosting a Family Fit and Fun Night for all families with pre-schoolers on Friday, April 12th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Center Street School (31 Center St.) in Oneonta. This is a free event with all kinds of fun family activities: yogurt parfait making, zumba, yoga, fun gym games, a fitness based make-it-and-take-it craft, info on how to read food labels and more.
