Fabulous First Friday is a celebration of arts and culture in Downtown Oneonta and it's FREE!  Get your rack card when you come to Downtown Oneonta Friday night to see the list of events and venues.  The entertainment takes place in Muller Plaza, Main Street, Oneonta. This Fabulous First Friday brings you a celebration of our youth. The entertainment will start at 5:00pm and go through 8:00pm in the Muller Plaza.

5:00-5:30pm:  Jannetta Montouri

Janetta is 15 yrs old and from Edmeston School District. She has been singing competitively for about four years. This year, Jannetta placed 3rd in the Townsquare Media Jr. IDOL contest and 3rd in the 2012 Otsego County Karaoke contest. She is a breath of fresh air with her country vocals.

5:30-6pm:  Madeline Rafter

Madeline is a 16 yr old from Oneonta and is a self-taught musician. She plays and sings in local bands and has taught herself to play more than 10 different instruments. Just recently she has started performing solo, you will be sure to be entertained by her creativity. Her alternative music style allows her personality to shine. There is nothing she will not use as an instrument.

6:00-8:00:  Shasta Flock

The band is composed of several Oneonta students. They have performed locally for years, have written their own music, and produced their own CD's. Though considered an alternative music, their appeal to ALL age groups is amazing to watch.
