This is hilarious!  Who knows who this guy is but he approaches people who are talking on their cel phone and he also pretends to be having a cel phone conversation on his own phone.  The funny part is, he crashes the other person's conversation and responds to what they are saying.  Needless to say, great awkwardness and hilarity ensues.  Watch it!
