This Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. the Community Arts Network of Oneonta (CANO), housed in the Wilber Mansion at 11 Ford Ave. in Oneonta, is hosting its 12th annual Chili Bowl Cook-off Fundraiser. This delicious event features all kinds of different chili created by amateur and professional chefs in a culinary contest for all to enjoy.

Here's how it works:  when you come in you purchase a hand-painted ceramic “chili bowl” ($10 & up) and then you can visit the tables of the different chefs where you can try over 20 different chilis.  Plus, there will be great beer available to go along with your chili if you choose.  Proceeds from your purchases will be be used for the maintenance of CANO’s Wilber Mansion, as well as for art scholarships to Carriage House Arts Studio.
