Best Wedding Proposal Ever! [Video]

With thousands of Youtube videos hitting the web on a daily basis, I've seen my share of unique wedding proposals that get a lot of attention, but this latest one actually moved me to tears which is NOT easy to do!  It is definitely the most touching one I've seen and you've got to see it.

The set up is that Dustin, of Salt Lake City Utah believes he's meeting his roommate at a Home Depot to help pick out some party lighting.  He ends up being taken to a lumber aisle and what awaits him is a beautiful, shocking surprise.
