On February 7th, 2017, at about 11:40 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Joshua B. Fuller, age 22, of Windsor, NY for the felony of Grand Larceny 3rd degree.  This arrest occurred after troopers were requested to assist the Binghamton Police Community Response Team with a traffic stop on Jarvis Street in the City of Binghamton.  During the stop, BPD officers had discovered over $20,000 dollars in U.S. currency and U.S. savings bonds that did not belong to any of the passengers, including Fuller.

Troopers checked the home of the owner who lived on Rath Avenue in the Town of Union.  They determined that Fuller had recently stolen over $40,000 in U.S. currency and U.S. savings bonds from that home while he was working for the owner.  During this investigation about $27,000 worth of the cash and bonds has been recovered.

Fuller was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail with no bail set.  His next court date is pending.
