I don't know about you, but when I wake up on Christmas morning, just like a little kid, I want to look out my window and seeing a blanket of snow on the ground.  It doesn't have to be a huge amount.  A nice covering is enough to make it look beautiful outside.

Of course we all know the weather has been less than promising for a white Christmas and fortunately the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a way for us to take a sneak peak into our near future.  According to their data, it appears that for our region, there's a 61% to 75% chance of an inch or more of snow on Christmas Day.  I'd say those are pretty good betting odds so you'll find me waxing my cross country skis on Christmas Eve...just in case.
