Why Learning Matters According To An Oneonta Teacher [Video]

Every once in a while, I come across something that I find tremendously inspiring and recently, I saw a wonderful video on Facebook from Oneonta Middle School Earth Science Teacher, Lisa Bump Meschutt.

Meschutt posted a video on Youtube.com for her students in 2016, answering the frequently asked question "Why do we need to know this stuff"? In my opinion, her answer is something that EVERYONE should hear!  Plus, she provides insights into learning that may surprise you!  I came away very inspired after watching her video and I bet you will too.  I also wish one of my teachers early on had given me this message.  Check it out below...
