Where Oh Where is the Elmer Fudd Bandit? [Video]

There are quite a number of famous bank robbers from over the ages, I doubt this guy will ever get on that list.  Chicago police are looking for the so-called "Elmer Fudd Bandit", who robbed his fifth bank in just two weeks on Monday afternoon. Dubbed "Elmer Fudd" for his cap and plaid flannel shirt, he's described by the FBI as a "white male, 40-50 years old, 5'6"-5'7" tall, blonde, and balding."

Will he try for bank number six?  If he's as addle-headed as the original Elmer Fudd, then he's sure to get caught red handed.
