Each year, the Future of Oneonta Foundation sponsors the Properties of Merit competition and gives out awards in different categories to nominated properties in Oneonta, NY.  Here are the categories: Residential - City, Residential - Town, Historical, Commercial Landscaping, Residential Landscaping, Most Improved, Rental, Commercial, Institutional, Eatery.
