Two Arrested In Norwich On Drug Charges

Sheriff Cutting reports that on January 25, 2017 The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested Leif E. Luneau and Marissa E. Moryl for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Luneau and Moryl were arrested by Canine Handler Deputy O’Hara, K9 Jeroen and Deputy Barton after it was found that Luneau and Moryl were in possession of a Methamphetamine after a complaint of suspicious activity in a local business parking lot. Luneau and Moryl were issued appearance tickets to return to the Town of Norwich Court at a later date.
Arrested- Lief E. Luneau, 30, of the Town of New Berlin
Marissa E. Moryl, 26, of the Village of Earlville
Charges- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree .
All crimes described in the press release are allegations; suspects named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
