Tuff eNuff 5K Challenge Promises Mud, Obstacles, and Fun For All [Audio, Video]

Here it comes again, the LEAF Inc. Tuff eNuff 5K Challenge for those looking to see just how tough they really are or those who just want to have some fun and help LEAF assist families and youth to overcome the obstacles associated with addiction and substance abuse.

TUFF eNUFF is a 5K Obstacle Challenge that will turn Neahwa Park in Oneonta, NY into a challenging 3 mile obstacle course that goes from one end of the park to the other. Anyone 8 or older can enter.  Below, LEAF Executive Director, Julie Dostel, gives all the details and what this event represents in the community.
