The Otsego County Department of Health reported yesterday (2/18) that there were 17 new confirmed cases with 7 people currently hospitalized with complications from the virus.  There are currently 92 known active cases in the county with a total of 49 COVID-19 related deaths. Delaware County Health officials have an update from yesterday (2/18), reporting 16 new cases yesterday. There are 140 active and there are 23 people hospitalized. For COVID-19 vaccine information, county health officials recommend visiting Officials also suggest for those 65 and older, you can call The Office for the Aging at 607-832-5750 to schedule an appointment at a Public Health Clinic. Also, there are select local pharmacies where a limited amount of vaccines are administered. You can call your local pharmacy to find out when/if they will be receiving vaccine.

In Chenango County, the health department reported new COVID-19 stats for 2/18 on their facebook page.
