If like most people, you sit in a chair at work all day and are feeling a bit stiff with some back pain thrown in, we've got just the thing for you: easy stretches you can do right in your work chair. 

Courtney Place, who is just one of the fabulous instructors at the Oneonta Family YMCA is going to help us with this.  Courtney knows her stuff: she is an Adjunct Instructor of Personal Training at SUNY Oneonta, Group Fitness Coordinator at the Oneonta Family YMCA, and is NASM Certified, ACE Certified, SPIN certified, and CPR/AED Certified.  Enough said, right?  Plus I've taken her classes at the YMCA and she's amazing!  I was really excited today when I saw these great stretches recommended and demonstrated by Courtney and wanted to share them with you.  I don't know about you but my back definitely gives me trouble with all the sitting I do at work and I'm excited to try these out at work.
