A third suspect has been charged in last month’s vandalism at Walmart in Oneonta. According to New York State Police, 21-year-old Nathaniel Rubera of Unadilla turned himself in on Monday. Rubera was arraigned for felony Criminal Mischief, then released on his own recognizance. Devin Castillo of Walton was taken into custody on Jan. 11 and Jamie Sophie of Unadilla was apprehended on Jan. 30. Investigators report that the three damaged merchandise in the store’s arts and crafts department.
