Two teens face felony charges for stealing a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu from Albany and then resisting arrest. According to New York State Police, officers responded Monday morning to an Interstate 88 location where a vehicle had gone off the road and was facing the wrong direction.  As officers approached the vehicle, two teens walking down the road took off running with one caught near a residence on County Highway 48 and the other apprehended in a nearby field. The two are charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Resisting Arrest.

The teens identities have not been released due to their ages. They will appear in family court to face the charges.
