This Thursday evening, beginning at 6:30pm, Opportunities For Otsego aims to raise awareness of sexual violence in the community with the 2014 Take Back the Night March.  The March also shows support for victims with this uplifting event.

Below, OFO's Megan Stanley and Jillian Basile, Counselor Advocate for the Violence Intervention Program, talk about the event and why it's so important to show your support by attending.

Get your walking shoes ready and join in the Take Back the Night March to show your support for victims of sexual assault.  It begins on the steps of Milne Library on the SUNY Oneonta campus at 6:30pm, Thursday, April 10th and finishes in Muller Plaza on Main Street with music and a candlelight vigil.  For more information call 607-433-8038 or CLICK HERE.
