Yesterday, there was a final vote in the Schenevus and Worcester school districts on the annexation merger. Schenevus voters sent a very loud message with their majority "no" vote on the merger.

The passing of the merger by both district voters means that it can move forward to a binding referendum on Dec. 1, 2021, as long as it is New York State approved.
