Town of Hartwick

Brandon E. Garlock, 31, was locked-up in the Madison County Jail for allegedly stealing a U-Haul box truck and illegal drug possession.

Energy Smart Hartwick recently kicked off its Electric Vehicle Community Campaign with a webinar. This is the first step in getting the town of Hartwick designated as a Climate Smart Community. The designation will make the town eligible for state clean energy grants.

Yesterday, the New York State Police (NYSP) put out a warning to area residents specifically in Otsego County about this since reports of stolen packages have come to them from the towns of Hartwick, Garrettsville, and New Lisbon.

The perpetrator is currently held at the Otsego County Jail

The money comes from New York State's Water Infrastructure Improvement Act and the Intermunicipal Water Infrastructure Grant Program
