Did you hear?  Supporters of President Barack Obama are planning to hold a demonstration on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 3rd called the "Million Muppet March." The announced march is based on Mitt Romney's comment about "I like Big Bird, I just don't want to borrow from the Chinese to pay for him" comment.

Remember Slimey, Oscar the Grouch's pet worm on "Sesame Street"?  It's his birthday today.  He first appeared on "Sesame Street" in 1981 and has the credit of being the first worm on the moon (shown during the 29th season).
