Improvements abound to keep Oneonta's water quality high.

If you haven't heard the news, City and Town of Oneonta residents had been asked to conserve water until further notice on Wednesday.

Yesterday, I was walking through Wilber Park and ended up at the Oneonta Water Treatment facility, next to the High School.  Much to my surprise, I was greeted by a pair of giant backhoes which had carved a large swath down the hill from the plant and right down into Wilber Park...
