Every year in November, Santa arrives in grand style thanks to the Oneonta Holiday Parade and this year, that big event falls on November 23rd at 11am and goes right down Main Street in Downtown Oneonta.  This very fun family event not only features Ol' Saint Nick, but also dancers, floats, various community groups, mice from the Fokine Company's "Nutcracker" ballet, music and more!  Rea
