The rules have changed for enjoying the park

For summer recreation enthusiasts, there is no shortage of great New York State parks nearby.

New York's state park system welcomed more visitors during this year's peak summer season. Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office said Thursday that 36 million people traveled to a state park, campsite or historic site between Memorial Day and Labor Day this year, 700,000 more than the same period last year...
