September 11, 2001, stands as one of the most somber days in American history, etched in the collective memory of a nation, including those in Upstate New York.
As Title 42 has expired and an influx of migrants are expected in New York, several Upstate local governments agencies have declared a state of emergency.
Back on April 11th, New York City Mayor Eric Adams introduced two-new robotic dogs to the NYPD and NYFD's arsenal purchased by the city. Previously, former Mayor Bill deBlasio leased a robotic dog for NYC but never allowed the police or fire departments to use the technology because of public-privacy outcries. So, the former mayor enjoyed an expensive, low-maintenance pet, very much in-line with his tenure.
