Well, move over apples and pumpkins because the newest fall favorite could be hemp picking. Seriously, there is a hemp farm in New York that allows people to come and "pick their own".

In anticipation of marijuana being legal to grow in New York state, there are proposals popping up all over our area. The latest is a warehouse in Washington County that would be used as a growing and processing facility for recreational marijuana production.

The marijuana business is starting to ramp up in New York state and it seems that everyone is going to try and get growing. There is someone's son who seems like a perfect fit to throw his hat in the marijuana-growing business. He is the son of legendary reggae star and well-known supporter of marijuana, Bob Marley.

There have been no legal marijuana shops opened in the state yet, but an upstate  New York Indian tribe is rushing to be the first in the state to get started.

A lot of states are taking a lot of very radical measures to incentivize their citizens to get vaccinated. It wouldn't be all too shocking if New York did what a few other states are doing.
