Halloween parade

The Oneonta Lions Club has made this announcement considering the current status of COVID-19

My favorite annual parade in Oneonta is the Halloween parade. It's a night of yummy candy, apple cider and donuts, not to mention awesome and creative costumes.

Last night was not exactly an ideal night for trick or treating with all the rain, but with the relatively warm temperatures, it was enough to take the edge off from the weather and it didn't seem to dampen the spirits of costumed kids in Oneonta, NY.
