New York State Police at Sidney are reporting that a skimmer has been discovered at an ATM machine at the Southside Oneonta branch of Community Bank.

If you thought that skimmers, designed to steal information from credit cards at ATMs and gas pumps were something only people in larger metropolitan areas had to worry about, think again.
