Central NY weather

The rain we've been experiencing this week has been a blessing in terms of raising the Central New York water table but also brings with it flash flood potential and possible dangerous thunderstorms.

Talk about an almost non event!  After calling for 6 to 12 inches of snow and sleet accumulation last night during the Winter Storm Warning (which has been canceled), The National Weather Service has a bit of egg on their face,

Fasten your seat belts...literally.  Old Man Winter is not through with us yet as a Winter Storm Warning issued from the National Weather Service is in effect for the Central NY region from 10am this morning to 8am tomorrow morning.
