What's your favorite meal each day?  For me it's always been breakfast so I was excited that the Oneonta Farmer's Market is focusing on that same meal this Saturday

The Oneonta Farmers’ Market’s popular ‘Breakfast at the Market’ event takes place this Saturday, September 20, 2014, with a healthful breakfast theme featuring free granola parfaits, live music, free balloons and an educational display and activity table hosted by Get Fit Otsego.

I don't know about you but I'm BIG on breakfast.  That is to say, that if I miss eating in the morning, I not only run out energy very fast, my stomach ends up feeling nauseous. It's no wonder.

It appears that while McDonald’s was busy dominating the fast food world they figured out a way to make themselves an even stronger entity in the quick service food industry.
