A new shop has opened in Oneonta, NY at 5 Elm Street and it's Called "Sweet Caroline's Co.". It's named for its owner and proprietor Caroline Glass from Walton who is realizing a dream by opening this boutique. The brick-and-mortar store in Oneonta started out online at sweetcarolinesco.com until Glass was able to make her physical shop a reality.

Sweet Caroline's Co. just celebrated its Grand Opening this past Saturday and what a beautiful shop! You'll find high-quality beauty products, women's clothing, and accessories, along with shoes and even gift items.

This store is poised for success with a gorgeous, welcoming store atmosphere, along with personal assistance that only small shops can provide. And then add in a strong online shopping experience with live shopping events. The store's owner, Caroline is a great host of her online shopping events and clearly has an eye for style and beauty products.

I feel that the opening of this wonderful store to Oneonta's Downtown is a great addition to what we already have and it's so nice to have more clothing and accessory options to choose from in our small city which has struggled for years to sustain these types of businesses.

I don't know about you but when it comes to shopping for almost anything I will be wearing, I prefer to shop at an actual store, especially those locally owned. It's the personal service and the quality of these types of stores I enjoy most. Plus, I prefer to try things on before purchasing to make sure I like it. I want to actually SEE and feel the clothes I'm buying instead of hoping that whatever I order online looks like it does in the photo.
