The Susquehanna SPCA has achieved an impressive fundraising goal, raising a record total of $266,420.62 for the Staffworks Fund Save A Life Campaign. That campaign began on December 3 of 2019 with and end date of December 31, matching donations during that time for funds raised.  During the Save A Life Campaign, 29 animal welfare organizations in 13 counties participated, one of which was the Susquehanna SPCA.  In that matching campaign, organizations have the potential to receive a total of $30,000 from the Save A Life Campaign.

According to the Susquehanna SPCA, some of the funds will be allocated to their new shelter and another portion will support their newly established Medical Emergency Fund which has been set up to pay for extensive medical care that an animal at the shelter may require.
